i got an email today saying i have to send forwarding stamps it was the viva pinata for 360 it only came upto 48p and i put 2 1st class stamps on the back so thats enough maybe it fell of
what do i do again to send another 1st class stamp to them...

last time when i started i sent a book and then they said i did not send forwarding stamps i did not send because i was sure i did send them and i emailed them about 5 days later they said i have.
I often get this, i usually send 20-30+ swaps each time, and i often get one or two saying need more stamps i just ring them to sort it out.
One of my swaps was 19 bears in one box and i got confirmation of 18 recieved and 1 not having enough stamps, i rang up saying there must be enough as they are all in the same box they soon sorted it out for me
