Maybe, but they will know if they sent it or not because if it's sent it will either say "swap complete" or "swap cancelled." If it says "cancelled" before the 14 days then it has either been marked as "not as advertised" or the swapper contacted swapitshop to cancel it. You can find out which by looking at their rsting. If they have a -4 then they sent it, if not they didnt. So you can find out everything anyway really.
