I got scammed by Manish88 =[ I bought a gba sp off him for just over 2k
he said it had a damaged screen so i asked him what exactly was wrong with it-he said that it had a few black dots on the screen and that gameplay was still visable
so i trusted him
it turned up today poorly wrapped in a silly little envelope and the screen hasnt just got small black dots on it, the whole screen is black where he has obviously smashed the inner lcd screen =[
does anyone think i will get my swapits back?? baring in mind that he wrote damaged screen on the description _________________

Was thinking i could buy a new lcd screen but just looked on ebay and they are over £20 :O
would be cheaper to buy a new gba lol _________________

I would wait until Monday and ring them again. They are usually good at refunds ive found. They will ask for it back before refunding and if your lucky they may even pay your postage! _________________

No, they do not work weekends.
As xchrissiejox mentioned, wait until Monday, and give them another ring.
When your dad phones them, make sure he tells them that it was laso very badly packaged, as this could have been the result of the broken screen.

My dad rang them but they said they couldnt do anything about it because it was exactly as it said in the description =[ they said that it had a broken screen so they sent it because thats what the seller said it was like, but i thought broken items weren't allowed =[ gonna cost me over £20 to replace the screen if i decide to. my dad even mentioned that it was poorly wrapped and that that may have caused the screen to break and they still wouldnt do anything
