What was it you bought?
Was it one of those plastic things from the post office, which is like different letter boxes, which tell you the different widths and depths?
And if so, how much did you pay for it?

The problem is that Swapitshop use the exact same thing as the post office.
You can buy them online, from the likes of Ebay, but can cost up to £25
They look like this:
If this is what you have Timesplitter, then you are best letting them know, although from the sounds of it lately, Swapitshop are not being very helpful (see Katie915's post for an example) so you may not get anywhere with them

thanks everyone! |
No problem.
I seriously hope you get it sorted out with them, as they seem to be asking for a lot of stamps lately.

Are you sure that Royal mail send the plastic one out for free? If so, then I stand corrected. I have searched Royal mails website, and found where they mention sending one for free, and I have ordered one. I will have to see if it is the same thing.
To order one, the link is: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/r...tId=22700467&mediaId=22700472
But other companies, like Neopost, are still charging up to £25 for the plastic one : http://www.neopost.co.uk/index.asp?Page=2999
Also, my local Post office have told me that the plastic ones you have to pay for.
I shall post back when I have received mine.
