Listen, if your gunna e-mail them put this in the subject

Makes no difference, Skippy (usually by himself) has to read ALL the emails they receive every day and sort out all the emails. Putting that in the header would only make things worse. "URGENT" Mail (emails and royal mail) should only be used in really important mail, such as when I sent an email etelling him about something that hadnt turned up here, something that hadnt turned up there, faulty game ive received etc all in one email, took about 2 weeks to sort them all out too
But yeah, its not like they have "beep beep you have an email" alarm all throughout the postage rooms and offices, and after years of doing swapitshop, wouldnt you be reduced to sorting out emails once every couple of days at the least?
