oh thats bad to here maybe you could ring SwapitShop up and tell them beacuse royal mail are stike its not your fauly and they will probably sort something out for you.....

I'm sure lots of people have had the same situation.

Ring SwapitShop, Don't bother with email they bearly ever reply and if they do it takes ages!

A lot easier over the phone.

Email SwapitShop, And They Will Fix Your Rating, They Probably Have Had Like No Mail Arriving For A Few Weeks Like, So They Are Sure To Know Why Your Swaps Havent Arrived
