Well im just a starter oN swapitshop aNd it takes ages for them to receive your item, mark as received, aNd to post it to the persoN.

I have used a differeNt swap site which oNly takes 1,2 or 3 days for you to receive your item, (maybe more it depeNds wheN the owNer has received the email aNd has posted it.)

if the game he\she seNt you is the wroNg 1 you could just post it to the customerservice aNd they will take care of it.....
its great... ITS SAFE AS WELL....

Its royal mail not SwapitShop! The selfish people keep striking so no ones post goes anywhere, not SwapitShop's fault

They aren't being selfish, Royal Mail were going to cut their pensions in half, if some company was going to do that to me, I'd strike too.

Luckily, they have gone into talks with Royal Mail to discuss a new offer, these talks seem to be going well, during these talks, all services will be back to normal (Excluding Unofficial strikes).

Be patient, they will get there!

Swapitshop Have 1000's, Maybe More Items To Recieve And Post, Their Bound To Take A Little Time To Sort Everything Out, Check Swaps And Forward Them To The Right Address. The Process Is Very Long. Atleast It Shows That They Check Swaps Before Forwarding Them On.
