How to Post Picture on SwapitShop Lounge

Firstly you save your pictures in you my pictures then go to http://tinypic.com/

then you copy the bb code

Then paste in your post, it will show up remember not to use HTML, use BB.

By the way I'm not sure where to post this so I'm posting it here.
