Just wanted to say about something i won in the Wii frenzy, i got Mario party 8, and was a little dissapointed to find it wasnt a new and sealed game, I paid far higher than i usually would as i thought it would be a new sealed one.

did anyone else win any of the mario games in the frenzy? and if so where they sealed?

Well,If I won a gamr of SwapitShop themselves i would expect it to be sealed

But i suppose if they didnt say it was sealed,theres nothing you can really do...

yep it doesnt state sealed, im not complaining to them as its still a good profit, i was just supprised that it wasnt sealed as the Bee Movie Wii games and Ninja Relex ones i won were all Sealed, as where all the DS games ive won from their frenzys

If its not sealed, it would indicate its not brand new, and swapitshop are reselling it that they got off someone else?

Is it in good condition? Any marks on the box or disc etc?

Thats odd, usually their games are sealed

yep all in good condition, just not sealed, which as you said is unusual for swapitshop.

Surely swapitshop would sent out new sealed games, not just "new" ones.
Ring them up is the best bet, see what they have to say.
