Recently i've recieved games from Just2extreme and cheapaschips. But; on my completed page, it's telling me to cancel or extend. But i know i have the games upstairs. They've posted them onto me; without even giving the person the swapits they deserve. So, basically. I get the swapits back AND i get the game. How unfair is that? :/

Yes its good for you but getting the problem solved would be best Its unfair on the sellers not to, so email SwapitShop or ring them. You wouldnt like it if it was the other way round

ive had this happen, many many times, i always Email SwapitShop as it means if i can cancel the swapper hasnt got their swapits even though they have posted.

So do the honest thing, dont click cancel, just email SwapitShop and let them know, as others on this thread have said, you wouldnt like it if it happened to you

The problem with emaoling them is the length of time they take to reply, would be better and quicker to ring to resolve any problems.. And yes, I've had the same problem with some items.

Yep, I have to contact SwapitShop about a swap I received the other day (at a very decent price and for some items I really like) that has still got extend or cancel on it.
I don't want the poor swapper to lose out either, so, will, of course, do the right thing and let SwapitShop know they have messed up and to give the decent swapper their swapits!

I dunno what is happening at SwapitShop lately but something is definitely not quite right. I reckon they are up to their armpits in swaps to sort out and forward on, for sure and also have lots of Administration to catch up on

Slightly different but yesterday received a ps2 game by mistake.My membership number and theirs is nothing alike.Phoned swapitshop and they said would send me a s.a.e. so I could send the ps2 back.They did not even ask for the swap number (which is still on envelope).So anyone waiting for AIR RANGER-RESCUE HELICOPTER on ps2 I have it but will be sending it back to swapits soon.
