just to let all you know,to the people who always email sarah@swapitshop.com :

I emailed to that,and got a reply,it also said :

yep she emailed me last week saying they can no longer deal with people on their person emails and that all enquirys must go to info@ address. Which is a shame as i never get answers from that one, but always got a reply from sarah.

Isn't it free? :S also it was the other way around with me, she never answered me and Info@SwapitShop.com replyed to me usually within 12hrs.
