Looked at the website, the layouts good, but the top header image takes far too long to load.. was it done in photoshop? Tell your friend to go back to it, open it up, and go to 'Save for web and devices' instead of just saving it, as it makes the file smaller so its quicker to load.

I had to wait like 30 seconds before the image even came up! Lol
