We don't like to ban IPs unless the person keeps coming back... it's too risky._________________

Sometimes, people share an ip, such as houses around you might have the same ip, and if they try to join, they won't be able to come onto SwapitShop Lounge

Exactly.
Also a lots of ISPs use dynamic IPs. AOL for example issues you a new IP everytime you connect. From experience on the forum, I've seen some IPs that have been used by ~150 members at one time or the other due to this. Mobile internet providers also do this, such as 3, which I know Gaara uses. _________________
