Yeah the unions can think of some pretty wacky stuff for initiation into the sports teams etc, but I've never heard of anything as bad as this!

i see- they are desparate. Why don't they form their own social group. I went cambridge, and there was nothing like that, although unis are weird and very posh, so that didn't come as a great shock. At cambridge, i saw a sign that said 'Fellows cars only'- posh or what?

Cambridge is a joke, I can see there being no social activities whatsoever.

I personally found this quite funny and after listening to some of my dad's boy scout camp initiations this definetely could have been worse.

Example: apparently it is very painful getting boot polish off from your privates as a boy scout. I wouldn't know myself but imagine it is.
