First Section = Staff
1, Do you think that the staff to member relationship is good and if not why?
2, Do you think that the staff are doing a good job and if not why?
3, If you could remove one member of the staff then say here and give a reason if applicable.
4, Who out of all the staff is in you honest opinion is every thing you would want in a staff member?
5, If you could choose one member to be staff who would it be? (Do not say yourself)
6, Do you think that the staff respond to Reports Central quickly enough?
Second Section = New ideas
1, Do you think the ideas being used at the moment are good and if not which do you think arent working?
2, Is there any idea that you would like to be used that isnt at the moment and if so which?
3, Do you think that the new ideas are coming often enough to keep the forum exciting or do you think that we havent had enough ideas recently?
4, Do you enjoy using/getting the rewards of/taking part in the new ideas such as Member Of The Week, SOTW, Double Tokens?
Section Three = Forum in general
1, How much time do you spend on the forum a day?
2, Would you say the forum is exciting and active enough?
3, Do you think that the members on the forum are in general helpfull?
4, If you could nominate someone for Member Of The Week who would it be and why?
5, Do you think that there is any sections/subsections missing and if so which?
6, Do you think the theme at the moment is good or bad? Please comment on this if you would like a change including what you would like to have.
7, In general how would you rate the forum out of 10 and please make a comment? (This includes everything, staff, sections, ideas, members, themes etc)
