Well i made this tut so anybody can easily add items to the shop (if your forum has one) I guess it will work for removing too but you just remove all the fields and code.
Some things like Max amount wont count for your personal forums obviously it was just that i made it based on this forum

OK Boys and Girls im going to show you how to add an item to the shop succesfully
First of all you need 2 images of your item, shop image 100 x 100 and thumbnail image 30 x 25. Once you have both your pictures ready upload them to Photobucket or Imageshack.
Right now login to the panel and go into the SHOP portal which is found in portal settings.

[b]Then fill the fields in like so - if the text is in red you edit it to what you need.
Now go into the shop section titled portal EG. OTHER
Then fill in another set of fields exactly as before (SEE PICTURE ABOVE ^^)
Now go into Profile Feilds
Now scroll down and type the title of your new item (The one in Capitals)
Now Edit the one that you just made and make sure it looks like this (change all the things but only edit the RED text boxes. Make sure everything looks like that though.
Then using the arrow keys back on the profile Fields move it up to the bottom of the other items so it fits the pattern
Last step:
Go onto Edit Templates/Logos
Change myff_swapitshoplounge1 to myff_swapitshoplounge2 then click the submit button to the right of it
Now click the top dropdown menu and make sure it says: viewtopic_body.tpl
Then click submit to the right of it.
Now scroll down abit until you see the list in the following pic, you must add this code to the bottom of your list: {postrow.[YOUR ITEM HERE]_IMG}
Then click save and exit - Then test it and your done.
Took a while but i was doing other things too. Hope it helps
